Shippers Beware

Growers that ship to California may want to read the Division of Plant Industry (DPI) advisory posted on the Florida Nursery Growers and Landscapers Association (FNGLA) ‘Industry News’ webpage. 

In the past year, DPI has received hundreds of  rejection notices involving Florida nursery stock shipped to several California counties.  Snails, ants, and scales were the most commonly cited reasons and the majority of these notices called for destruction of product.
